Suite Española No. 1, Op. 47
Eight pieces evoking the regions of Spain, assembled from works composed 1882–1889 and first published as a complete suite in 1901. Among the most beloved of all Spanish piano music — and more often performed on guitar than piano. Granada, Sevilla, Cádiz, and Asturias have become iconic works in both idioms.
