By using Key Passage, you agree to these terms of service. Please read them carefully.
Use of Service
Key Passage provides a practice tracking and repertoire management application for classical piano students and teachers. You may use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Key Passage cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain account security.
Subscriptions and Payments
Some features of Key Passage require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period and then reverts to the free tier.
Content
You retain ownership of all content you create within Key Passage, including practice notes, piece annotations, and other personal data. The curated reference content (composer biographies, musical terms, form definitions) is owned by Key Passage.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: attempting to access other users' accounts, interfering with the service's operation, or using the service for any illegal purpose.
Limitation of Liability
Key Passage is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
