Metamorphosis

Five movements for solo piano, derived from Glass's score for Errol Morris's documentary The Thin Blue Line (1988) and incidental music for a stage adaptation of Kafka's The Metamorphosis. All five movements share a common pool of melodic material developed through repetition.
