Biography
An Austrian composer and pianist who studied with Anton Bruckner at the Vienna Conservatory and later taught harmony there, Reinhold is best known for short character pieces written for amateur and student pianists. His Miniatures, Op. 39, appear regularly in graded teaching anthologies. Reinhold also composed a symphony, chamber works, and choral pieces, but the bulk of his published output consists of accessible Romantic piano miniatures.
